grumlemumle-didn't fall asleep before 05.45, no idea why did everything like normal
-woke from alarm
-kept spacing out getting ready for walk
-walk took 30 minutes, heavyclouds and snowing, 3000 steps spent some time making snowballs as well
-very tired
-heavy arms
-headache in evening
-Circadin at 1900
Note: very worried abour how things are gonna turn out after this. There was nothing out of the ordinary yesterday and I did everything as normal. Hope this won't unravel the last two months' work.
