grumlemumle*Woke up before the alarm rang, but was on my way back into slumberland when it did and ended up scraping my knee while scrambling to turn it off.
*Walk was 3050 steps. Took a steeper path. Weather was nice and clear, but lighting was oddly grey at the start as if there was a light layer of clouds, even though there wasn't.
*headache through the whole day
*Sleep quality good.
*Woke somewhat rested.
