grumlemumle*not entirely sure when I woke, probably about an hour before I was supposed to but I was very groggy and kept being in between awake and asleep
*walk was 3300 steps- gale and a little rain the last 5 minutes- still getting darker outside
*Very, very tired in the morning.
*kind of zombie the first half of the day

*tired in the evening, accidentally fell asleep on couch a little before bedtime
