The treatment I'm currently undergoing sounds simple enough:
-take Circadin (melatonin) at 1900, chew
-go to bed at 0100
-get up and outside for light therapy lasting 30 minutes at 0830
Repeat, and do not break pattern... and no napping.
To add to this I've started meditating a bit as well.
Sounds easy right? Now factor in things like holidays, illness and having a life.
