Hey there I'm [personal profile] grumlemumle, and you have stumbled upon my sleep journal. Welcome. I have non-24 hour sleep wake syndrome1, and started this journal to keep an eye on things while trying to stabilize my sleep rhythm. I'm not an optimist about it, cause I used to try fix my dsps2 and somewhere along the line got it's evil twin... doesn't mean I won't try though. I've read about someone getting a hold of it3, though I've seen a whole lot more that haven't... they end up on various corners of the internet.

It should go without saying but I'm no doctor, and the things in this journal has been tailored to me. I'm not responsible if you do something daft without seeing your doctor first. Use your brain.
