grumlemumle*fell asleep within 10 minutes of going to bed (probably 7ish)
*sleep quality good
*woke once, bathroom
*hungry at waking (but no food before after the walk)
*remembered dream on waking
*took 13 minutes from waking to getting outside
*37 minutes walk, windy, slightly chilly but no rain. Approximately 3720 steps
*tired most of the day
*close to fever around 1700-1930
*Circadin at 1900
*even more tired throughout the evening
